End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Schedule
Effective June 1, 2026 · Version 1.0 · Operational reference; the Terms of Service control.
This page is the published End-of-Sale (“EoS”) and End-of-Life (“EoL”) schedule referenced by §8.4 of the Terms of Service for the Terrestream Indoor Air Quality Sensor (the “ Device ”) and its associated Cloud Services. The Terms of Service control; this page is operational reference material only.
Current status
No End-of-Sale or End-of-Life events are currently scheduled. Every Device model currently offered by Aerodyne Inc. remains in active sale and active support as of the effective date of this page.
Definitions
- End-of-Sale (EoS)
- The date on or after which Aerodyne no longer accepts new orders for a given Device model through its web shop or authorized channels. A Device that has reached EoS may still be supported and may still be sold through residual retail inventory until exhausted. EoS does not by itself end Cloud Services or hardware warranty coverage for Devices already in customer hands.
- End-of-Life (EoL)
- The date on or after which Aerodyne discontinues Cloud Services support for a given Device model. As set out in §8.4, on End-of-Life the Device reverts to Standalone Mode: the integrated display continues to show real-time readings, but app, dashboard, and cloud-dependent features cease. Hardware warranty obligations under §10 survive EoL for the remainder of any applicable warranty term.
- Notice period
- As set out in §8.4, Aerodyne will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice by email and in-app of a scheduled EoL, maintain a Telemetry Data and account-records export window for a reasonable period after the effective cessation date, and issue pro-rata refunds of unused prepaid Pro Subscription fees through the original payment channel.

What happens to Your Device on EoL
As set out in §8.4 and §8.1 of the Terms of Service, on EoL a Device reverts to Standalone Mode:
- The Device’s integrated display continues to show real-time readings for the life of the hardware.
- Wi-Fi, Cloud Services, app and Web Dashboard interaction, history beyond the on-Device buffer, multi-room synthesis, weather and outdoor-air overlays, AI-driven Discovery cards, and all other cloud-dependent features cease on the EoL date.
- Hardware warranty obligations under §10 survive EoL for the remainder of any applicable warranty term.
- Pro Subscription billing ceases on the EoL date; any prepaid fees for service periods extending past the EoL date are refunded pro-rata through the original payment channel.
- Personal data and account-records export is offered through the self-service portal at /privacy/data and through the export window described under notice period above.
