Terrestream for Facilities

Know your buildings. Even when campus is empty.

Holiday closures. Sudden cold snaps. Windows left open. Bring room conditions and outdoor weather into one campus view, so your team can prioritize checks instead of relying on unanswered reminders.

The Facilities dashboard ranks rooms needing attention beside temperature evidence, the next room check, and responder actions.

From a reading to a response

A cold room needs
someone on it.

Winter monitoring is being qualified for rollout. Confirm email and text alert availability with your quote.

  1. 01

    See the change.

A cold reading or a silent sensor brings the room to attention.

  2. 02

    Reach your team.

Verified email and text contacts, with a backup when nobody acknowledges.

  3. 03

    Own the response.

A responder acknowledges and records what they checked on site.

  4. 04

    Confirm recovery.

Fresh measurements establish improvement. An acknowledgment alone does not.

The room is the starting point

More than temperature.

Temperature and relative humidity establish the local conditions. COâ‚‚, particulate matter and gas indexes add context for ventilation and indoor air quality throughout the year.

Scope the rooms you want to cover, share the requirements with IT, and request your quote or a NET 30 invoice review.

Request a W-9 and supporting documents through the sales team. NET 30 requests are reviewed before an invoice or credit terms are issued.

Data your team can work with.

Optional local HTTP and MQTT access support your own network integrations. Organization-scoped history exports are part of the Facilities rollout; confirm hosted API access and integration requirements when scoping your order.

For facilities, IT, and procurement

Clear answers.
A confident start.

Does it know that a window is open?

It measures room conditions. Cooling patterns and outdoor conditions can suggest heat loss; a person checks the window, heating, and other possible causes.

Does this replace our inspection program?

No. Monitoring helps prioritize checks. Required inspections, heat protection, maintenance, and insurer requirements remain part of your program.

What if a sensor goes offline?

The room view shows missing or stale readings as unknown. Use a fallback check when reliable readings are unavailable.

What about email, text, and phone alerts?

Unattended cold/offline alerts, verified email/text contacts and backup escalation are in release qualification. Confirm availability and deployment timing with your quote. Automated phone calls are a later extension.

What will purchasing need?

Start with the quote builder, then share the IT sheet and commercial terms for review. Submit a purchase order or request NET 30 terms for staff approval. Contact support@terrestream.com for a W-9 or additional documents.
